A default list of privacy-related keywords is automatically applied to help detect and manage sensitive information during user interactions. Tenant Managers can further control the account’s privacy level by selecting settings such as None, Low, Medium, or High, which determine how strictly AI conversations and data handling are monitored, filtered, or restricted. This helps organizations balance usability with security and compliance requirements.
