The Overview page is the default landing page of T-WISE and serves as your performance dashboard. It gives you a real-time snapshot of how troubleshooting sessions are performing across your organization.

Apply Filters

At the top of the Overview page, you can control the reporting window for all metrics and charts using the filter bar:

• Overall – All-time data
• Last 15 Days
• Last 30 Days
• Last 60 Days
• Last 90 Days
• Custom Range – Click the calendar icon to define a specific start and end date

Selecting a filter automatically refreshes all metric cards and charts below to reflect that time window.

Additional controls

• Export – Generates a print-ready T-WISE Overview Report for the selected period, including the key metrics, a daily session breakdown, and the outcome breakdown. Use your browser's print dialog to save it as a PDF or print it for reporting and offline analysis.
• Copy data – Each chart has a copy icon in its top-right corner. Click it to copy the chart's underlying data as a table, ready to paste into a spreadsheet.

Understanding the Key Metrics

The Overview page displays six core performance indicators as metric cards:

• Resolution Rate — The percentage of sessions that T-WISE successfully resolved without escalation
• Abstention Rate — The percentage of sessions where T-WISE did not provide a recommendation (e.g., due to insufficient confidence or no approved source)
