Summary

• Licensed Users: Represent the total number of users who are actively registered and hold valid licenses to access the platform. This metric helps you understand your user base size and track how your licensed capacity is being utilized over time.
• Tokens Used: Indicates the cumulative number of tokens consumed within your account. This provides a clear measure of overall platform usage, helping you monitor resource consumption, analyze trends, and plan effectively for future usage or scaling needs.

Engagement Stats

The User Engagement Insights section helps tenant managers better understand how users are adopting and interacting with the platform. It goes beyond simply tracking licensed users by identifying Active Users — those who have performed meaningful actions, such as engaging with chat workflows, within a selected timeframe.

This view provides a valuable snapshot of overall engagement trends, allowing managers to recognize participation patterns, measure adoption success, and identify opportunities to re-engage dormant users. To view the list of all your active and dormant users, go to IAM → Activity Insights section.

The accompanying bar chart visualizes user activity:

• X-axis: Displays the selected timeframe (15, 30, 45, or 60 days).
• Y-axis: Represents the total number of users.
• Bars: Segmented into Active Users (actively engaging) and Dormant Users (inactive during the period).
• Hover: View detailed counts and insights for each duration.

Tokens Usage

The Tokens Usage trend line provides a clear visual overview of your platform’s activity and resource consumption over time. It tracks how tokens are used across different durations — daily, weekly, or monthly — giving you a complete picture of engagement and workload patterns.

You can also filter usage by platform features, such as Chat, Auto Pilot, Agents Marketplace, and more, to analyze consumption trends for each component individually. This makes it easier to identify which areas drive the most activity and where optimization may be needed.
