My Data is the central workspace for finding, reviewing, organizing, downloading, and using files in Chat. It presents your available files in a searchable table with key metadata and quick actions.

Access My Data

1. Open Chat.
2. Select My Data from the left sidebar.

Browse your files

The My Data workspace displays your files in a table. Each row includes the file's metadata and available actions.

File information

The table includes:

• File Name — The file's name and format.
• Sensitivity — The file's assigned sensitivity level, such as Highly Confidential, Confidential, or Internal Use Only. A value of -- means no sensitivity label is displayed.
• Size — The file size.
• Connector — The connected source where the file is stored, such as OneDrive.
• Created Date — The date and time the file was created or added.
• Implicit File Class — The detected business category, such as Legal, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Action — Quick controls for pinning and downloading the file.
