Users with the role of Tenant Manager or Admin have the authority to subscribe to agents from the Agents Marketplace and enable them for use within their tenant account. Once subscribed, these agents become accessible to registered users based on the organization’s access controls and governance policies. This centralized subscription model ensures that AI capabilities are introduced in a controlled and compliant manner, allowing leadership to evaluate, approve, and deploy marketplace agents before they are widely used. It also helps maintain consistency, security, and oversight while expanding the organization’s AI toolkit.
Within Agent Studio, users have full control over the lifecycle of the agents they create. They can create new agents, update configurations or instructions as requirements evolve, temporarily disable agents when they are no longer in active use, or permanently delete them when they are no longer needed. This flexibility ensures that agents remain aligned with changing business processes, compliance requirements, and team objectives. By enabling users to manage their own agents, the platform supports continuous improvement, operational agility, and responsible governance of AI capabilities across the organization.
