Tenant Managers can access user feedback to efficiently monitor the progress of the feedback resolution. A dedicated Feedback section has been added in the Manage section, providing a structured way to review submitted feedback. This section allows Tenant Managers to stay informed about the resolution status of each feedback.
How to Use
- Log in to your Prompt Privacy portal and navigate to the Manage section
- Click on Feedback from the menu
- The feedback screen displays a list of all submitted feedback from your users, categorized under:
- Pending: Newly submitted feedback awaiting initial review
- Under Review: Feedback currently being evaluated
- In Progress: Feedback actively being addressed
- Implemented: Resolved and implemented feedback
- For each feedback entry, you can view:
- Feedback type
- Description
- Reported by
- Creation date
- Progress Update history with timestamps
- Feedback implementation details
