Chat Management provide users with simple and quick controls to organize and manage their conversation history within the Prompt Privacy platform. Accessible directly from the chat history panel, this feature allows users to take key actions on individual conversations through a contextual menu. By hovering over any chat and selecting the three-dot menu, users can pin important conversations, edit existing chats, or remove unwanted ones. This ensures better organization, improved accessibility, and a cleaner chat experience over time.

Pin Chat

The Pin Chat option allows users to highlight and prioritize important conversations by keeping them at the top of their chat history. Pinned chats remain easily accessible regardless of how many new conversations are created, making it ideal for ongoing work, frequently referenced discussions, or critical workflows that require quick access.

Edit Chat

The Edit Chat option enables users to modify the content or context of an existing conversation. This is useful for correcting prompts, refining queries, or updating information within a chat without needing to start a new conversation. It helps maintain continuity while ensuring the conversation remains accurate and relevant.

Delete Chat

The Delete Chat option allows users to permanently remove a conversation from their chat history. This helps maintain a clean and organized workspace by removing outdated, irrelevant, or unnecessary chats. Once deleted, the chat is no longer accessible from the history panel.
