Activity Insights provide tenant managers with a clearer view of platform adoption by highlighting users who are actively engaging with the platform. In addition to the licensed users, the system tracks Active Users based on meaningful activity, i.e. interacting with chat workflow within a selected timeframe. This distinction helps organizations monitor true engagement, identify dormant users, and optimize license usage - supporting higher adoption and more effective user interaction.

How to Use

  1. Access Activity Insights
    1. From the IAM section, select the Activity Insights.
    2. You will be redirected to the Activity Insights Dashboard.
  2. View Summary Metrics
  3. Apply Filters
    1. At the top of the dashboard, select a timeframe filter:
      • Last 15 days
      • Last 30 days
      • Last 45 days
      • Last 60 days
    2. Once selected, all dashboard elements (summary, charts, user lists) refresh automatically to reflect your chosen timeframe.
  4. Explore Users List
    1. Scroll down to view the Users List, presented in two tabs:
      • Active Users → Shows a list of active users with their Last Activity Date.
      • Dormant Users → Shows a list of dormant users with their Last Activity Date (the date will be empty if the user performed no action).
